SOTAR Limited Warranty

We guarantee to the orginal purchaser of SOTAR Elite rafts, catarafts, and kayaks:

1) 6 Years serviceability of Lexatron Fabric.
2) 6 Years on all welded seams.
3) 6 Years on valves.
4) 6 Years on D-rings, handles, and components.

In order to correct any possible defects, the original owner of the Sotar products must submit in writing, notification of said defect to White Water Mfg. Inc., wherein owner will be instructed to ship product, freight prepaid to the factory repair station for evaluation and/or repair.

The judgement of factory trained representation IS FINAL. Any repair not considered to be warrantable will be paid by the customer after notification and approval. Once White Water Mfg. Inc. work has been completed, warranty and/or non-warranty, the customer will have 30 days from notification to cover and arrange shipment or pickup.

Warranty is not transferable and is good to the original purchaser only. Warranty does not include any damage caused by excessive abuse, over inflation, or conditions not considered to be normal wear and tear. Normal care such as tightening valves is the customer's responsibility and will not be covered under warranty.

Sotar is not responsible for the effects of normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care.

Sotar makes no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. Sotar will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of Sotar products.

*In case of Trade In: Our trade in boat value is based on original purchase price paid less the seasons of use, and/or depreciation if a new boat is wanted or needed and older Sotar is still under warranty.
