Returns

Please contact the Sotar Sales or Service department for return authorization. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or sales receipt. There is a 15% re-stocking charge for the return of non-defective merchandise. We cannot send new merchandise in exchange for returned merchandise until the returned merchandise is received by SOTAR.

Any boats built custom will have a 30% non-refundable deposit if returned to us and product is not defective or incorrect.
